I don't know if this would be considered a canister or a crock. In the shape of a beehive, it has bees molded onto it. It does have a few fleabites around the rim of the container and lid but they sort of blend in and in my opinion, they do not detract from the piece. 

They are also a few hairline cracks but only one that appears to go through (see photos) and it's not a 'leaking hairline'. I put water in it and nothing came through. That was the only one I could get a photo of.

The glaze is a mix of black, blue, gray, and brown and has a somewhat marbled appearance on the interiors; heavy on the gray/blue. There is no glaze on the outer bottom.

Approx. 6.5"H X 4.25"W, weighs 2.4 pounds
