New never been opened item. Box/packaging is pretty beat up (see images) but item has never been removed.
This is clearly a knock-off/bootleg toy not officially approved by Marvel/Sony. This "wall climbing" toy states it will climb up any glass surface. It requires 2 AA batteries (not included).
