Keep the original box and all packaging (inside & out) that your item was shipped in, until the issue is resolved.
All items are documented very well in order to tell which items come from me. This includes serial numbers, bar codes and numbers on internal parts.
In addition to the eBay photo’s used in my auctions, I have add’l 15-20 pic's stored on my personal hard drive, in case there are any questionable problems that may arise.
