This is a used Victor MHT-100 Motorized Hand Torch. For use in welding/cutting environments primarily for cutting.  The unit has a built in motor that is used to adjust the flame and operation of the unit.

The unit operates off of standard household electricity, I plugged the unit in and when pressing the black switch and lever the motor properly turns forwards or backwards depending on which direction is chosen. The wheel adjusts the speed of the rotation.  Functionally it appears to be working fine, I don't have any gases or experience to test the torch further.

Listing includes only what you see pictured, there are some empty compartments in the case so there may be some accessories that are not included. I had one of these previously and it had some wheel attachment that is not included with this set.
