**DELIVERY**

We are based in the UK and strive to process and dispatch your order within the timeframe stated in each listing. Our courier of choice is Royal Mail. For details on delivery options, times, and charges, please refer to the Postage Options section.

Postage costs include Royal Mail charges plus our packaging costs, such as envelopes, cardback envelopes, labels, bubble wrap, mail bags, and boxes.

Please note that we ship internationally only through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

**Returns & Exchanges**

To ensure your protection, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service. Please remember to keep proof of postage. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.

Please note that custom, bespoke, and personalised orders, as well as perishable products and digital downloads, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, given the nature of these items.
