How To Install:

NOTES FOR REPLACEMENT:
- Before installation, pay attention to whether the type of shock absorber is the same as the type, and pay attention to whether the shock absorber is left or right.
- Check the quality of the shock absorber before installation, such as whether there is oil leakage and whether it is sealed.
- When removing the shock absorber of the original car, the position corresponding to the top rubber and the spring should be marked first. When replacing the shock absorber, make sure the top glue is aligned with the original mark of the spring.Failure to do so may result in abnormal sound in the suspension system.
- Please use professional tools to install the shock absorber. Please do not install it forcibly by hand, so as not to cause scratches on the shock absorber piston rod and lead to oil leakage.
- Make sure the shock absorber is installed in the correct position.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.If one of the shock absorbers fails, do I need to replace the other shock absorbers at the same time?
- We suggest that it is better to replace the shock absorbers with new ones on both sides at the same time. And new shock absorbers produced by the same manufacturer are better, so as to ensure the same performance of the shock absorbers on both sides of the vehicle. If only one is replaced, it will cause the phenomenon that one is new and the other is old, which will lead to uneven tension, the operation of parts is not in place, and will accelerate the damage of the car and parts.
2. How to judge whether the shock absorber is broken?
-
(1) Shock absorber leaks. The outer surface of ordinary shock absorber is dry and clean. If there is oil leakage, the hydraulic oil in the shock absorber leaks from the upper piston rod. In this case, the shock absorber is basically invalid.
-
(2) When a car passes over a bumpy road or speed bump, the wheels make a "bang" sound, indicating that the shock absorbers on the wheels are invalid or damaged.
-
(3) When the car is steering, the roll Angle of the car body increases significantly, and even sideslip may occur in serious cases. This indicates that the shock absorber is broken and that its damping force is too small to effectively suppress the compression of the spring.
-
(4) After a period of driving on a rough road, if the temperature of the shock absorber shell is cold, it means that the shock absorber has been damaged.Because under normal conditions, the shock absorber shell is warm.
3. Why is there still abnormal noise after installation?
- The top nut is not tightened after landing.
- The new shock absorber uses the old nut.
- The top glue gap wear is too large.
- Plane bearing wear.
- The top fixed installation position is offset.
- Buffer block or dust cover mismatches
- Angle fixed torque deviation.
4.Is it better to replace the ordinary shock absorber or the complete shock assembly?
- The suggestion is to replace the complete shock assembly.Because the ordinary shock absorber is a part of the complete shock assembly, it is difficult to replace the independent shock absorber, which requires professional equipment and personnel and takes a long time.Replacing the shock absorber assembly requires only a few screws, which is easy to operate. And the price of the parts in the separate replacement shock absorber assembly is high, and the replacement shock absorber assembly is cost-effective.
5. How often does the shock absorber need to be replaced?
