Why does the ink appear faint or watery?
Shake the marker vigorously for 5-10 seconds before each use to fully blend the pigment and liquid components.
Why might my marker leak during initial use?
Before first use, gently hold the tip upward and press 2-3 times to release trapped air. This helps equalize internal pressure caused by new ink activation.
Solution for Insufficient Ink Flow: it typically occurs due to a dried-out tip or powder blocking the nib.
1. shake the marker to mix the ink evenly, then press down the tip slowly until ink saturates the tip.
2.If unresolved, rinse the tip under water to clear dried ink or powder, gently dry the tip, then repeat steps 1-2 to restore ink flow.
