Small metal badge with a stud mount, presumably meant to wear through a button hole or similar, for an Odd Fellows meeting in Manitoba, Canada. Presumably held in Winnipeg, almost certainly also a general regional meeting for the Province rather than a specific lodge. Approx. 1", gilt or gold washed, the use of the sheaf of Wheat as a symbol is natural given Manitoba's historical agricultural nature as part of the Canadian "breadbasket". Probably late 19th Century, a more unusual piece and the first such type I can remember seeing. 0915-98
NO AI. Actual item shown. I write my own descriptions and know what I am talking about – unlike a lot of ebay “dealers” who use the tech to give you a description that blathers on and says NOTHING about whatever they happen to be selling.
I am required by ebay to provide Tracking, which requires package mail, hence the S&H shown (below my actual cost). I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items, typically by refunding the excess after shipping. Ebay has made it too difficult to combine shipping prior to payment due to policy changes regarding non-paying buyers.
If you have any questions, please email. Please note our hours below and if needed contact us at least 24 hours before close of listing. Buy or Bid with confidence: we have a heritage to 1937, and loads of good eBay Feedback, where I have been selling since 1997. Good Luck & Good Hunting! Tipsico Coin, Mon.- Fri. 10 AM - 4 PM MST.
