For sale is a pre-owned Swiss Longines Flagship deluxe mechanical men's watch, likely produced in the mid/late 1950s.
18K solid gold case and case back. Swiss Longines 30L mechanical movement, 17j. 

Original Longines-signed gold-colored deluxe dial in excellent condition overall, very few immediately visible imperfections.
Hands and applied golden hourly markers in very good shape, a few light surface scratches on the plexi crystal.
Small second at 6h.
Longines-signed gold plated crown, likely original to the watch.


18K solid yellow gold case and case back with Flagship emblem; a number of light surface scratches and tiny nicks, mostly around the lugs and the case back, but well preserved overall.
Bezel and lugs in good to very good cosmetic condition.

This Flagship is winding, setting and running well. It is currently keeping very good vintage time (ca. +14 sec per day, based on a recent 24hr time check).
Comes on a brown leather strap with neutral gold plated buckle.

Measurements are ca. 34mm in diameter excl. crown, and ca. 42mm lug-to-lug. Lug width ca. 18mm.
Please note that most vintage watches are smaller than contemporary models.
Men's watches marketed in the 50s and 60s regularly featured case diameters between 31mm and 35mm, while diameters between 36mm -38mm were considered 'oversize' or 'jumbo'.
