I am an award winning artist with works having been sold over the world

Bio: My name is Jacob Mark Landis. I am an award winning artist whose works are sold world wide. I was born in Paola, Ks to Mark and Renee Landis in 1977. My father was a free lance artist and worked for a time for an art company in Kansas City, Mo. I learned much from him. Unfortunately he passed away in 2011, but part of him is with me as he left me his abilities in my blood.

We moved to Camdenton, MO in 1983, which is where I live to this day. In school I was always drawn to the arts. I took every class I could. In 5th grade some of my art was chosen along with several others to be sent to Russia. By the time I was in high school , I had won several awards, including the top artist in my junior class of over 250 students in 1995, winning a medal for my achievement. Out of school, I earned some college credits from State Fair Community College, and also I had several jobs, but I always wanted to get back to what I loved.

In 2002 I met the love of my life, and we were married the following year. I decided to start doing my art again. I discovered ACEOs a couple years later, and started selling them. I have sold hundreds of these original drawings as well as larger size paintings and other pieces.

My daughter was born in 2006, and she enjoys working alongside dad. It is an honor when anyone buys my artwork, and I appreciate all the support I have received from all my customers over the years. My son, born in 2017 also enjoys art.  I hope these little drawings bring a smile to many faces and I hope you can see my stories, my views, and my life in my artwork.
