This helm seat is constructed out of beige and tan vinyl over a plastic seat shell. Features an embroidered Godfrey emblem on the head rest and flip-up arm rests. It measures approximately 28 1/4" H x 27 1/8" D x 23 5/8" W overall and mounts in a 5" x 12" pattern.
