1st Dr. A. H. ARP Physician and Surgeon Moline ill with monogram about 5 1/2 inches tall but does have a crack on the backside of the bottle. 

2nd Sohrbeck Bros Pharmacists Moline, Ill with monogram about 4 1/8 inches tall. no chips or cracks just needs a good cleaning.
