The Chap Mei 2 Headed Blue Cobra Snake is a 2015 toy featuring lights and sounds. Made of plastic and standing at 8" tall, this action figure from Chap Mei's franchise is designed with an adjustable head and tail action. Figure is in good condition with some light play/paint wear present. Moving tail action moves the heads, on head doesn't move as much as the other.
