As a cosmetic/chemical this must travel by ground transportation only.  USPS Ground Advantage will be used which can take 14-21 business days to arrive,  particularly if it is traveling to or through an area affected by winter storms and during the holidays. Please keep this in mind when calculating expected delivery times.
