A nice, very lightly run, K-Line 2216 Southern Pacific SP "Bloody Nose" Dual Motor Powered MP-15 diesel for O/027 gauge made in ~1990 and works great with all other 3-Rail O/027 gauge trains from Lionel, MTH, Williams, Weaver, etc... 

This K-line MP-15 diesel features dual "maintenance free" can motors, 8 wheel drive, 4 traction tires, conventional transformer (Fwd-Neutral-Rev) electronic reversing with lock-out switch, operating magnetic couplers, metal frame / railings / truck side-frames, Illuminated front headlight & cab light and Sothern Pacific "Bloody Nose" colors & graphics. 

Comes with an original black plastic K-Line ornamental Horn & replacement Lionel aluminum ornamental Bell. 

 **Note:  Left side "Southern Pacific" graphics slightly factory smeared and small area of paint missing from cab roof under horns, see photo 10 for close-up**

The combination of the dual motors, 8 wheel drive, 4 traction tires and an engine weight over 2 lbs gives this engine very good pulling power.  

I lubed the gears & rollers, replaced all 4 traction tires and then briefly tested all functions on my layout and the motors, reversing unit and lights all worked fine.  

This engine does not come with an individual box but I will wrap & pack with care prior to shipment and I'll provide a copy of the K-Line engine instruction sheet.
