General Used Item Statement

This item is used and shows normal signs of wear consistent with age and use. It is fully functional and has been tested prior to listing. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive — please review all images carefully as they are considered part of the item description.

Clothing, Handbag and Footwear Specific

The handbag, garments or shoes have been gently worn and washed or cleaned to the best of my ability. They are free from stains, holes, or damage unless specifically noted. Please review all pictures, the condition you see in the images is the condition you’ll receive the item in. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Shipping: I will ship within 5 days of purchase Tracking information will be provided once the item ships. Items are carefully packaged, but I am not perfect. I had an issue with a package I shipped which resulted in negative feedback. I have made every effort to learn from that mistake and now tend to overpackage to get your treasure to you safely.

Lightly Used / Like New

This item has been used only a handful of times and is in excellent condition. There are no major scratches, dents, or damage. Minor surface marks may be present upon close inspection but are barely noticeable. All original parts/accessories are included unless otherwise stated.

Moderately Used / Good Condition

This item shows moderate wear from regular use. There may be light scratches, scuffs, or minor cosmetic blemishes, but nothing that affects functionality. Item works as intended. Please refer to the photos for a clear picture of the item's current condition.

Heavily Used / Acceptable Condition

This item is heavily used and shows visible signs of wear including scratches, scuffs, and/or fading. It is being sold as-is for parts, repair, or continued use. Despite its appearance, it is still functional (or note if it is not). No refunds based on cosmetic condition as this is clearly reflected in the photos and price.

Electronics Specific

This device has been tested and is fully functional. Battery life may be reduced due to normal aging — this is expected with any used electronic item. Cosmetic wear such as light scratches on the screen or body may be present.
