Units that are deemed single use or cannot be recoded/reprogrammed by the authorized dealership will not be entitled to a refund/exchange.
Units that do not fit correctly or are not a like for like replacement will not be entitled to a refund/exchange.
All Units are tested fully and operational at the time of removal we will provide the donor vehicles VIN and if available a security code.
Recycled Auto Parts Tasmania take no responsibility for any items damaged in transit/shipping. We package all items with as much protection as possible, if the purchaser would like additional shipping insurance please contact us to arrange a quotation.

Shipping and Handling
- We send all items via Courier, Australia Post or TNT, As part of this sale agreement we give all couriers used the authority to leave the item(s)
- If you are in disagreeance to these terms please contact us before purchasing.
- A physical address (not PO BOX) and phone number must be supplied for shipping.
Payment
- Payment must be made within 5 days of winning the auction.
- If payment is not made we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item.
- We accept PayPal, Direct Debit, Credit Card over the phone.
- When paying by Direct Debit please use your EBay username as a reference.
- A tax invoice is supplied with all items purchased.
Warranty and Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or does not match the description here.
