FEEDBACK:
~To buyer from seller
I generally always leave positive feedback upon payment and shipment of item(s), but if I ever fail to leave you feedback and you desire the feedback, please contact me and I will adhere to your wishes. Ebay sometimes does not allow multiple feedback from repeat buyer sales.
~From buyer to seller
I strive to give detailed information about an item being offered to the best of my abilities. If I have missed something that you may see and it is bothersome to you, then please bring it to my attention before leaving less than positive marks as I will make every attempt to work with you. I want you as a buyer to experience what I would also want as a buyer on eBay. I know what it is like to feel like you had less than expected service, and it is frustrating, but I will not ignore you if there is an issue.
I'm sorry, but I have zero responsibility as far as the mail carriers go. My job is to package up your item safely and securely, label it correctly, and drop it off at the local Post Office. Once it leaves me, I have no idea or control on what is happening to it. Please refrain from leaving a less than positive for anything involving issues with shipping after it leaves my hands as I have no way to do anything about it. Thank you for your understanding of these points.
TROUBLEMAKER BIDDERS:
Bidders playing games with retracting bids such as "Bid wrong amount" and such on auction style items will also be placed on my Blocked Buyer list at my discretion based on the circumstances. I'm sorry, but I have been on eBay way too long to play the games I have seen played. I take buying and selling seriously, as reflected in my feedback. I want an equal-satisfactory-experience for both the buyer and seller. Thank you.
LISTINGS AS A SET: (If item is offered as a set)
If the item is listed as a set, I will not break up any set.
What does the seller do?
Ebay is not my primary job. It is more of a hobby, but I take selling very seriously, and I want my buyers to have a pleasant and satisfactory experience. I also appreciate an honest and respectful transaction experience as a seller from the buyer. It takes a lot of time to prepare and list items. I enjoy seeing people find things that they may have been looking for a while and fulfilling that missing piece of their puzzle. When your item is prepared for shipping, I usually send the buyer a personal message through eBay messages with details about their shipment as well as include a photo of their packaged item so that they know exactly what to expect to arrive.
Thanks for viewing, and please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Please check out my other listings.
Happy eBaying!
