Unconditional Return Policy

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
I have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.

All returned items must be the original condition.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.

Please contact me first for return before you ship it back to me.
The postage of the returned goods is a buyer burden.

USA Buyers

Orders under USD 2,500: Shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms).
All import duties, customs taxes, and related fees are covered by the seller, so you will not need to pay any extra charges upon delivery.The shipping cost to the United States includes customs duties. You do not need to pay customs duties upon receipt.

Orders over USD 2,500: Shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid, Incoterms).
In this case, import duties, customs taxes, and related fees are the buyer's responsibility.

International Buyers

For buyers outside the USA, we will ship under DDU terms.  So shipping costs do not include customs duties or other fees. Please pay any applicable customs duties and other charges upon the arrival of the goods in your country.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
