Rear hub bearings spin smooth, rear rim has slight flat spot(as seen in last photos) from rock hit/tire flat but is still true

Used and in good condition, some marks and scratches from use and age, rear hub bearing spin smooth , front hub b bearings spin ruff, front wheel are true with no dings , dents or flat spots, rear rim has slight flat spot (as seen in last photos) but still spins true
