One gallery stamped VERITAS BRITISH MADE and the other stamped VERITAS MADE IN ENGLAND although they are almost identical, the same size but one has a thin lip at the bottom as shown.
The screw thread shut off valves operate smoothly and the galleries have their original screws to hold the shades in place.
A nice original and complete pair of Veritas chrome and alloy wall lights designed for boats and caravan use. They were lit by gas and could be used for propane butane or lpg.
They could be converted to electric lights if the fittings were changed for bulbs.
