Condition/Remarks:

This iPad is in excellent working condition. The screen is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. The Apple ID has been completely signed out of the iPad, and it has been wiped to factory default settings. This iPad is NOT locked in any way (Activation/iCloud/Find My iPhone/etc).

For iPad returns, you must sign out of your Apple ID on the device and turn off the lock passcode and activation lock/find my phone - failure to do so (and if you are unable to help me unlock the device) will mean the return will not be accepted. Refurbishment/Inspection Process:
  1. Initial inspection - Item is inspected visually for condition and preliminary testing is done such as power on / error checks
  2. Cleaning - Item is thoroughly cleaned using materials such as cleaning solutions, isopropyl alcohol, cleaning brushes, cloths, canned air
  3. Factory reset & repair - Factory reset/new installation is performed on the item while any missing or problematic items are repaired/replaced such as a bad battery
  4. First complete testing - Item is tested for full functionality and issues are documented
  5. Final repairs - Any necessary repairs resulting from the testing are completed
  6. Final testing and documentation - Item is tested again to confirm final repairs and documented. Item grading is determined and listing is created.
