This is a c1930s vintage Parker Vacumatic Blue Diamond black U.S.A.made pump filler fountain pen.It has a date code 3 and it has a replacement Osmiroid 35 nib.It is in a very good condition but is sold as unworking so it would need as service to make it work and its measurements are 13.3cm long x 1.2cm in diameter.
