This is a blue & white porcelain incense burner from the late Qing Dynasty in China, which adopts the Chinese people’s favorite dragon pattern, as that’s what it looks like to me. Also I researched this and found others similar that’s why I believe it’s from the Qing Dynasty. No chips or cracks. Some red on the rim. See all pictures as they are part of the description.
