Fully working mobile WiFi hotspot. Tested with a Vodafone prepaid SIM and connected to the internet without any issues, so it appears to be not network locked.
Battery charges and holds charge, however I have not tested exact battery life unplugged due to age of the device.
Includes USB charging cable.
This is an older device but still works well for basic internet access, travel, backup internet, or connecting tablets/laptops when away from home internet.
