On the front side it displays a depiction of the Chingay Procession in Singapore, which is a vibrant and multicultural parade, an annual event celebrating Singapore's multiculturalism through elaborate costumers, colorful floats, and various cultural perfomances.

On the reverse side the banknote depicts a Tongkang (a type of light boat used for coastal trade) alongside the National coat of arms and the words 'Majulah Singapora'
