Part #s on the package: 454461 96205-1 & 91583-1

(91583-1 seems to refer to the bolt/screw it seems like it serves the purpose of clamping the piece onto a rail)

And part # 96205-1 is the base piece.

The base measures 2-1/2” x 1-1/4”

These are MYSTERY PARTS to me, I see no label identifying them.

They do have a 2-1/8” diameter and are made of a non magnetic metal.
