95mm Professional Rectangular Rubber Lens Hood HR-86 NBR+EVM – Made in Japan

Professional 95mm rectangular rubber lens hood (model HR-86 with marking **NBR+EVM**) in very good condition. This heavy-duty clamp-on hood was used in broadcast television stations (sourced from a Quebec broadcast facility). It features flexible black rubber construction with a rectangular shape for superior flare control on wide or telephoto broadcast/ENG lenses, paired with a sturdy aluminum metal clamp-on ring and locking screw.

Common in the 1980s–1990s professional video era, these hoods were designed for demanding field use on ENG/EFP cameras. The **NBR+EVM** marking is a factory code (likely batch or material specification). Excellent for reducing lens flare and protecting the front element while maintaining a professional look. A practical and increasingly rare piece of TV production history.
