This is a 2007 Montana State Quarter featuring a hologram/colorized effect on the reverse. To my knowledge, this is an aftermarket modified coin that was not issued with the hologram/colorization from the U.S. Mint.

This is a beautiful coin that would make a unique addition to any state coin collection or to anyone who enjoys interesting collectibles.
