How to Use the Straps
Using these straps correctly ensures a secure grip and prevents injury:
Thread the Loop: Slide the straight end of the strap through the small loop at the other end to create a larger circle for your hand.
Position on Wrist: Slide your hand through the circle. The long tail should run across your palm and hang down between your thumb and index finger.
Wrap the Bar: Place your hand on the barbell. Wrap the tail end of the strap under and away from you, then back over the top of the bar.
Lock and Tighten: Wrap the strap once or twice around the bar (not over itself). Once both hands are set, "rev" the bar like a motorcycle throttle toward you to cinch the straps tight against your wrists.
Grip and Lift: Close your hands firmly over the wrapped straps and bar before beginning your lift.
