The hat's brim edge liner is fraying on the right and left sides. There are sweat stains on the inside. Most of the box's outside leather belt is missing - please see all photos.
The inside circumference of the hat is 22-1/2" which translates to 7 1/8 or 7 1/4 size.
The leather case has exterior surface wear, stains and abrasions. The brass latch button has a patent year of 1897.
