Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment via ground/standard services. Ground/Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. All items are shipped insured. We only accept and ship to your "Confirmed" Paypal shipping address.
- All orders must be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or other (no pick-up) and deliveries may require signature for release.
- ShopTronics will only ship orders within the continental United States and Canada. through this marketplace. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon, Nunavut, and North West Territories can not ship.
- ShopTronics does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Virgin Islands, or overseas addresses through this marketplace.
- Shipping prices are fixed and can not be adjusted.
- Additional shipping charges apply for orders that are shipped to remote locations.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number.
- We can not guarantee delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes.

- Please note that our shipping carriers do not offer all service levels
of shipping to certain locations. In these cases, packages will be
shipped using the next best shipping service level or carrier as deemed

alternate shipping method, we will contact you to confirm the extra
charge before your order is shipped. Depending on the alternate shipping
method, delivery time for your order may be longer or shorter than

Warranty
All products sold by ShopTronics come with full manufacturer warranty. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by ShopTronics , please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Please refer to warranty documentation included inside product packaging for complete details. Products returned to ShopTronics for warranty service must be shipped prepaid. ShopTronics will return serviced products under warranty prepaid to the customer.
Warranty for International Orders (outside USA and Canada): For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
