Original WW1 Signal Corps item. 

Main body seems 100% intact but if you have questions please ask. Headset is original Western Electric Type PU and is signal Corps marked; however, the plug end is missing. Cover appears to be field made(?) and is of heavy canvas construction and fits exactly. Interesting item rarely seen today. As of this writing I was unable to find one example for sale. Not guaranteed to be in working order, sorry it is 108 years old. Note: Item is heavy and will be bulky with packing material! Ground shipping recommended.
