Comes complete with helmet BUT HIS HELMET HAS A LOT OF MARKS, SCUFFS AND IS "CHEWED UP". HE ALSO HAS MARKS AND PAINT LOSS ON HIS HANDS, CHEST, BACK AND SHOES. His back is marked, "©️ 82-83 HASBRO MADE IN HONG KONG". DEFINETLY IN ROUGH SHAPE. I am not an expert in vintage GI Joe and have tried to list any flaws that I saw.
