Crimp Installation Step:
  1. Prepare stripped wire, copper lug and 3:1 heat shrink tube.
  2. Let crimper holds the copper lug snugly. Please ensure that all the wire strands are properly inserted. And squeeze crimper to grip tightly around battery cable.
  3. Use 3:1 heat shrink tubing to cover the entire barrel of the lug. For a long lasting waterproof seal over the connection.
  4. Use heat gun to make the heat shrinks compress around the crimped joints at both the ends of the cable.
 
Note:
  • Please allow 1-3mm difference due to manual measurement.
