Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unaltered & unmarked, with all tags and packaging intact. It must show no signs of wear.

We recommend that you send the items back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof of delivery. Once we have received your returned item we will notify you via email and process your refund.

Engraved Items

As personalised jewellery items are created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these items unfortunately. If a personalised item is faulty upon arrival please contact us and will rectify any issues immediately.

Shipping is free in the UK and is via Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. This usually takes 1 – 2 working days for delivery once we have dispatched your item. Items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday. We offer an option to upgrade to Royal Mail TRACKED 24 Delivery Service which is a next day tracked service, for an extra fee.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We also ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 3-5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia and all other Non-European counties.

USA ORDERS

Import fees are prepaid by us. You will have NO import duties or charges to pay upon receipt of the package.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

Ebay now charges you VAT at the time of your purchase so we will provide Ebay’s IOSS number (The Import One Stop Shop number) on your package so you will NOT get charged VAT again when it reaches your country and you will not have to pay any custom handling charges.

We take the time to ensure that spacing, alignment, and finish are considered for each item, so your engraving feels balanced and thoughtfully executed.

Text Style

To maintain a consistent and elegant finish:

• Names and messages are engraved in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning
• Initials are engraved in capital letters

As engraved jewellery is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the item is found to be faulty. In the unlikely event of an issue, we will of course rectify this promptly.
