Antique F. Leitz Wetzlar brass microscope, serial number 183370, dating to approximately 1910–1912. Leitz of Wetzlar, Germany was one of the most respected manufacturers of scientific optical instruments and later became associated with Leica optics.

This microscope features a brass body on a black enameled cast iron base and comes with its original wooden storage case and accessories. A beautiful example of early 20th-century laboratory equipment that displays wonderfully and would make an excellent addition to a scientific instrument collection, medical history display, or vintage décor.
