NOTE: No mount, diagonal eyepieces - just as per photographs. 


The 6 inch size of SCT is widely viewed as the optimum size for an easily portable setup giving proper and excellent performance, whilst still fitting on even light mounts/tripods.

 

F10 focal ratio and 1500mm focal length are ideal for all objects including Planets, Lunar and other Deep Space Objects such as Galaxies, Planetary Nebula, Globular Clusters and such.

 

Views are crisp and light gathering is excellent for such a light and compact scope.

 

Also ideal for lunar and planetary astrophotography.


Condition: A1 Optics with no scratches/fungus other than usual specks of dust. Focuser is smooth from end to end of travel. Tube body and paint are A1 with only slight signs of careful sue and just usual marks to the dovetail. Finder has some subbleaching to the black aluminium, as the scope was kept on display in the lounge. Overall A1.
