I got this record while working in radio. The record has never been played. The record is in a new poly lined paper sleeve and the picture sleeve is in a new poly outer jacket. Seams are tight. This is a clean picture sleeve with impressions at the top front when the record was in the sleeve. For the 10,000 Maniacs fan or Picture Sleeve collector here's a a super clean, tight example. Please review the photos as they tell the story probably better than I do.

Record will be in it's own, new poly sleeve and set will be in plastic outer cover. Will be shipped in cardboard container designed specifically for 45's.
