Near Mint or Better Cards appear almost perfect, as if they just came out of the pack. No visible wear on front or back, sharp corners with no whitening, clean glossy surface with no scratches, scuffs, or marks. Pristine edges and no signs of handling. These are the highest standard for collectors seeking flawless copies.
Lightly Played / Excellent Cards show very minor signs of use but remain in great shape. Slight corner wear with minimal whitening, very light surface scuffs (only visible on close inspection), or faint edge marks. Still clean, flat, and fully intact with no creases or major damage. Excellent from a short distance and very presentable for play or collection.
Moderately Played / Very Good Cards have noticeable wear but are still completely playable. Moderate corner whitening, surface scuffs or scratches, light edge wear, and minor fading or discoloration. Possible slight creasing or small imperfections, but nothing that severely affects appearance or structural integrity. Great for budget collections or casual play.
Heavily Played / Poor Cards show significant wear and heavy use. Heavily rounded or damaged corners with prominent whitening, deep scuffs and scratches, creases, bends, edge fraying, and possible tears or stains. May appear faded, dirty, or structurally weakened.
