The products of the correction model are as follows:
This product is made by using the common artisan-specific tooth-arrangement jaws on the market, as well as the unique formula of beeswax, birch insect wax and 1:1 full-mouth simulation isolated teeth. It is used for demonstration of orthodontic malocclusion correction, which can objectively present the whole process of correction. This product is mainly used for teaching and communication between dentists and patients.
The operation method is as follows:
1. Heat the wax embankment with a hair dryer and breeze at a room temperature of 15°C to 25°C. During the heating process, the entire model is slowly rotated so that the wax embankment heats up evenly. (Note: Do not use strong hot air to close the wax bank. Forcibly heating up the model)
2. After the wax dike heats up evenly, the displacement of the teeth can be visually observed. In order to increase the correction effect, the number of stretched rubber bands can be increased.
3. After the correction is completed, remove the arch wire, increase the temperature of the model according to the operation during the correction, and manually restore the teeth to the desired malocclusion state for the next correction.
4. The model wax dike of this product is refined with a special formula. We don't suggest that you use warm water for heating, and wrap it with plastic wrap when not in use, and place it in a 10 to 30 degree dark indoor environment, avoid collision and extrusion.
