All orders in the continental 48 States will be shipped FREE of charge via FedEx or USPS. 
Orders outside the continental 48 States .  We do not ship to Alaska,Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International, FPO, APO or PO Boxes. 

60 Days Return & Warranty:

If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.

We offered 6 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period. Consumable components and accessories are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.
