If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.  Item must be in new condition, not used.  Item must be returned to us within 30 days from the delivery date in order to receive a refund.

Any return must be in the same condition it was delivered, i.e., new & unused. All return costs and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of our mistake. If an item was damaged during shipping, we may require photos to help expedite the return process.

For used items, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged.
