Vintage Waltham Automatic watch in a stainless steel case with stainless steel back.  Round watch case measures 39mm L x 37mm in diameter x 12mm H.  Stainless steel crown. Screw-in steel case back shows wear to the printing.

Plastic crystal in good condition. Original brushed dial with steel applied shaped double stick hour markers at 12, 6, and 9 positions and single stick markers at other positions except day date window at 3.  Dial is signed "Waltham Self-Winding" under the 12 marker and "Incabloc 25" above the 6 position (see photo).

A. Schild 1906 25 jewel automatic rotor movement is running well and keeping time.  Movement winds set and runs and keeps time to within about one minute in 3 positions. Watch is likely water resistant but was not tested at pressure.

New black thick crocograin leather band with steel buckle will fit up to a 7.25 inch wrist .


Principle of Operation
To set the day and date, pull the stem out 1 stop then set the day of the month by moving the time ahead by 24 hours until the current date is shown in the date window.
Then to set the day of week move the time backwards until the correct day of the week is showing in the day window.
