Japan stamp collection mounted on vintage album pages. Includes early Imperial issues from the 1870s–1890s (Chrysanthemum and early definitives) along with later Taisho and Showa period issues, scenic pictorials, and mid-20th century designs.
Many album spaces remain blank.
Condition varies. Stamps are used with cancellations; none appear to be mint. Some show creases, wrinkles, small edge faults, or light thinning. Several cancellations are heavy or partially cut off. Some stamps may be more firmly adhered to the pages than others.
Album pages show wear including rips, edge tears, toning, and age-related handling marks. Pages are from mixed vintage albums.
There are approximately 75 stamps from Japan included in this lot.
