NOT WORKING FOR PARTS REPAIR. Please read! This unit does connect with a smartphone while it is connected to the USB cord and host power source. The light is green, and the charging reads 65% < this never changes. THE UNIT DOES NOT CONNECT and or power up when the USB cord is disconnected. PLEASE ASSUME THIS UNIT IS NOT WORKING. This unit does not come with the USB cord, and is missing the bolts that attach to the unit. Please view the supplied photos.
