This is a "Little Love" wall decoration by Nojo.  It is a plush dog head/neck that you hang on a wall in your child's room!  It has a loop for hanging.  There is no tag so I am going by what I found on the internet!

It is super soft covered in fleece and almost feels like a little wool!!   Not floppy, feels like some foam and cardboard inside.  Looks like the Target mascot dog!  

Sitting flat it measures 11" x 11" deep, with a width of about 6 1/2".  
Weighs 1 lb. 3 oz before box.
