Overall it is in a very good used condition -there is some paint wear to the window frames and there are 2 very small scuff marks on the side of the house (see pictures for these) - it’s nothing major - it’s a great looking set
The house has 3 rooms - lounge, bedroom & kitchen. The oven door folds down and the fridge door opens up in the kitchen
