RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a money back guarantee, provided the item is returned in original condition in protective packaging. Goods to be returned need to be shipped within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The postage paid to deliver the item to you will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods to Diverse Opals will be paid by yourself. Any customs fees or expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Notice of your intent and approval will need to be sort by message before returning any goods.
