Applicable Materials
✅ Suitable Materials
PETG, PLA, ABS, and other thermoplastic pellets/crushed materials with melting point ≤300℃
❌ Not Suitable Materials
Materials with melting point over 300℃, high-hardness materials, highly corrosive materials, and any materials containing hard impurities (metal, sand, etc.)
Material Pre-Treatment Guide (Critical for Smooth Extrusion)
Proper material preparation ensures perfect extrusion effect and protects the machine from damage. Please follow these steps strictly:
Crushing & Impurity Removal: All materials must be crushed into particles with diameter ≤3mm; thoroughly remove iron scraps, sand, dust and other hard impurities to avoid screw damage.
Strict Drying Requirement: All materials MUST be dried before use, otherwise a large number of bubbles will appear in extruded products. Dry until humidity ≤20%, with drying time no less than 6 hours.
Mandatory Safety & Operation Rules
Non-Negotiable Safety Notes – Follow these to avoid injury and machine damage:
DO NOT start the motor/screw until the temperature rises above 220℃ – low-temperature startup will damage the screw and barrel.
Crushed material particle size must NOT exceed 3mm, as oversized particles will cause blockage and motor overload.
Never touch the heating barrel, screw or discharge port with bare hands during operation – high temperature will cause severe burns.
Unplug the power supply before cleaning, nozzle replacement or maintenance.
Wide Application Scenarios
Lab material testing and formula development for thermoplastics
Small-batch plastic sample making and prototype production
Waste plastic recycling and re-extrusion (reduce material waste, save cost)
DIY plastic processing and small-scale creative production
